Next, we create a unique Outreach Plan to find top candidates, including passive job
seekers. We leverage our own extensive database combined with direct outreach and
network partners to connect with diverse candidates already working in your industry.
During the search process, we schedule “calibrations” with your team to ensure we are
attracting the right candidates. Our team rigorously pre-screens qualified applicants
through a 30-minute call, gauging fit, skills, and long-term goals, and answering
preliminary questions.
Throughout the decision-making process, we’re here to support, analyze, and manage
