earn a little extra, or build a team and a career at Perfectly Posh. Below is
an overview and a few definitions of terms to help you learn about it. For

THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR PAY PLAN:
You are paid personal commissions WEEKLY.
Bonus pay is monthly.
You are paid on FULL RETAIL VOLUME, not
WHOLESALE VOLUME. Most compensation is based on
a percentage of your total sales. At Posh, we pay on
100% of the retail volume.
NEW in 2018! See pg. 8 to review the payout bonus
you receive when you achieve and maintain each rank!
Note the 5% pay increase when you hit PINK (1,000
PV in total LIFETIME volume). Get your first $1,000
in sales quickly and get your raise. Thatâs only about
3 parties!
Each month, every Consultant (regardless of Rank)
is able to earn a Bonus Seller personal commission
bonus. See pg. 9.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Weekly commissions (on your PV) are paid by
every Wednesday. Weekly commissions include
monies earned Sunday through Saturday. Monthly
commissions (which include your personal and
downline bonuses) are paid the 10th of each month.
If a payday falls on a holiday, commissions will be
paid by 10 AM (MT) of the previous business day, so
you are paid prior to the holiday. If a month changes in
the middle of a week, you will receive two deposits:
One comprised of the sales from the end of the month
One comprised of the sales from the beginning of the
next month through the Saturday that closes that week
Products that have Perks applied, Hostess Half-Priced
Items, and Posh Portal purchases are not considered
Personal Volume sales and are not commissionable.

Begin working as soon as you join! A cumulative combination
of personal sales (volume), and recruiting new team members

You must complete Personal Volume (PV) and recruiting goals by your 15th, 30th, and 60th days as a Perfectly Posh Consultant.
PERSONAL VOLUME is the total commissionable dollars you sell. Tools, tax, and shipping
are non-commissionable and do not count toward your totals.
RECRUITS are people that you personally sponsor in Perfectly Posh. So as you
begin to hold parties, youâll want to share your Posh business and find people to
enroll on your replicated site in order to achieve your 30 60 Quickstart goals.
QUICKSTART MILESTONE goals are cumulative. That means they add on each other,
so if you earn your 15 Day Goal, but miss your 30, you are still eligible to earn your
60 Day Goal, so long as you reach all of the requirements by your 60th day.
AWARDS are issued by the 10th of the month following the month in which they are
earned, and we offer the Prep Academy Training to help you achieve your goals (see
the following page).

2018:JANUARYâJULY
We are implementing a Power Seller Bonus for all
Consultants based on Personal Volume (PV) amounts
over 1,500 PV, 3,000 PV, and 5,000 PV earned in the
calendar month. The bonus would vary by Rank such that
at 1,500 in PV the total PV commission rate would be 31%,
at 3,000 it would be 33%, and at 5,000 it would be 35%.
The bonus will be earned only after the PV threshold is
attained, but will retroactively apply to all PV in the month.
This bonus will be paid on or before the 10th.
Also, donât forget you can easily add a $100 raise to your
month when you add team building to your PV and earn the
Monthly Award. The following table illustrates how it works:

Awards, recognition, and Perks earned are issued the month after the new Rank is earned. The Rank Payout

THE MONTHLY AWARD BONUSES
Monthly Awards are paid, and special pins and
certificates issued in the month following the month
in which they were earned (on or before the 10th of
that month).
A very special recognition is done for the Annual Award
at UnConventional, for and the Tiffany Ceremony at the
Leadership meeting.
CONSISTENCY ANNUAL AWARD BONUSES
Monies for Consistency Annual Awards will be
deposited into the Consultantâs ProPay account after
all annual audits have been completed (by August).
Consistency awards are not cumulative, meaning if you
earn the 6 Month Award ($1,500) you do not also get the
3 Month Award ($500).
Trophies and CASH are given to each recipient at the
event. The Consultant is required to attend the event
to be honored there. Perfectly Posh does not pay
registration or travel fees. You must register for leadership
to attend the Tiffany Annual Ceremony, and you must
register for UnConventional if you are planning to attend
the recognition events associated with it.
