In tech, we focus on the “gaps” — gaps in pay, gender, talent, wealth but we miss humanity’s most dangerous one - the empathy gap. Without sharing and understanding our feelings, we perpetuate negative trends. We need empathy and compassion in tech — we need to bring humanity back into the equation.
