• Balance
• Bend my knees
• Back arm is stretched out
• Front arm is holding on to lift
• Head is facing the slope
• Stay Calm
• Keep relaxed
• Don’t stress
• Keep my body straight
4. Strategies
The strategies I will use to achieve my goal:
• Look up more tips/skills on how to get up the lift.
• Persistence – When I fall I’ll get up and keep on going.
• Start at the little hill and work my way from there.
• If I struggle, I’ll ask the liftie for help and tips on how to
improve on getting up the hill.
