Ko Thar Htet returned to Myanmar to set up a company with some big plans and dreams. He shared his experience in doing so along with some tips and real, practical facts.
2. • My plan is to come back and build a human
resource in terms of a few designers and
developers and work as an Android development
company for the first 6 to 12 months.. When
things become stable, I plan to shift my focus to
my own product…..
3. • My assumption is that there will be a large
increase in mobile phone users in Myanmar in
the next one to two years.. Most people uses
Android phones.. So it is likely that there will be
demands for android app development
especially from SMEs.. But I am not sure about
whether it will be feasible to survive just as an
android development firm.. Along the way, I plan to
build a product as well and try to build a user
base.. I have already gotten a MVP for my product
idea..
