1. Contingency plan
1.If any of my cast/crew is unavailable (for example
illness or other commitments)I am able to film the
footage myself. I would also change the scenes I
was supposed to film on that day to accommodate
the loss of a certain actor, instead filming the shots
they weren’t present in.
2.If the weather is bad I will try to delay the agreed
shooting time if possible, or if the conditions are
extremely poor I have arranged to film at a further
date.
3.I have a backup SD card in case the original
malfunctions or runs out of space.
4.If I overrun on my filming times I will film on the
contingency day, the following week.
5.If I am struggling to get enough editing done
during lesson time I will use breaks and days off.
6.I have budget flexibility in case there are any
unplanned expenses.
7.I have multiple family members available for
transport if necessary.
