Mr Badlishah whom have served Enamelling Department for 14 years and myself personally for 10
years have portrayed great leadership, multi tasking skill and above all a good communicator and
trainer.
He has proven to be a very competent person with excellent project planning. He is able to grasp
new and complex issues quickly and independently. He is a committed, focused and analytical
person. His fluent knowledge of the English language and his broad knowledge of various software
programs and IT concepts contributed to the success ofhis projects.
Mr Badlishah took on adjusting to a new and different culture as a challenge. He showed keen
interest in the various multi-national cultures and was respectful to each of their differences. When
working with his colleagues, he was very flexible, cooperative and sensitive. He displayed positive
teamwork and was especially helpful in transferring his knowledge to our employees. He proved
comprehensive leadership skills and put decisions into action.
Mr Badlishah has portrayed himself as a very reliable, friendly and loyal person. I am convinced that
he will easily adapt and acquaint himself to new tasks and work with the same commitment as he did
during his tenure for ELEKTRISOLA MALAYSIA. A true believer in doing thing, he managed to
overcome many difficulties involving various departments. I personally recommend him to any
organization as he has qualities that are important and beneficial towards lhe organization success.

Mr. Badlishah has served Enamelling Department for the last 14 years, during which I have
worked with him directly and indirectly through my maintenance team over the last 13 years.

cross department improvement and cost saving projects that benefited both his department and
