1. Studying the tender Drawings & Quantities Schedules very well.
2. Make our comments & Request for information after make meeting with
our engineering team (Civil / MEP / Architectural ) & With Our
subcontractors
3. After studying the tender well we going to put the prices refer to market
& our subcontractors to know the real estimated cost.
4. After studying well the quantities & prices we let our cost management
put the prices then the contracting management make meetings with us
to know the estimated time & cost to make the contract
5. So After the deal we going to make our shop drawings to get the
approval from the owner & consultant
6. While that we start work in site parallel to our shop drawings approvals
& my cost & quality & planning teams to know if we are in the right
way or not to make the reports to the owner & consultant & our
company.
7. After finalize the project we should make the site inventory with the
owner & consultant team to manage our cost team to make the final
invoice refer to our (RFI- Reports – Cost ) .
