This Project is 18000 square meter consisted of Residential Building and Administrative
(Basement + Ground + 7 typical floor) , Auxiliary Building (Basement + Ground + 4 typical
floor) and Parking area (Basement + Ground floor) – Jubal city .
3 - RED SEA CABLES FACTORY EXPANSION
This Project is 9300 square meter consisted of concrete tower for mechanical (Ground + 6
typical floor) and main building is steel structur – Yanbu city .

4 - Ministry of Water and Electricity - Sewage Jazan area projects
This Project is consisted of many buildings for example screening and grit removal , aeration
tanks, filtration , back washed water storage tanks , blower building , transformer station ,
generator building – Jazan city.
From Jun. 2006 up to December 2013.
Company : ABOU-ZIED ENGINEERING CONSULTANT OFFICE (CAIRO – EGYPT).

2 - CAIRO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT MULTY STORY GARAGE.
This Project located on 14,000 square meters, consisted of multi-story car park offering 8000
spaces for parking.
3 - PORTO CAIRO.
The Porto Cairo Residence is located in the first settlement of New Cairo with area 38,000
square meters, consists of phase 1 which included 70 villas in the form of 35 twin villas , medical
center, shopping mall, a restaurant food court, a kids club , the 6 – screen cinema , and Parking
capacity: 1000 cars.
4 - SOUTH BEACH.
This project in El-Ain El-Sokhna with area 250,000 square meters is contains five star hotel ,
malls , cinemas , international restaurants , cafes , sports facilities , kids club , large swimming
pools , hotel serviced apartment , club house , and hotel cabanas.
