waste , and converted it into manure, which was used for the nourishment of the plants .
We reduced 80% of the landfill waste and we used ETP water as water source for the plants.
ACADEMIC PROJECTS
Title: Biophysical studiesonhumanprionproteins(90-231)throughIASC.Banglore
At IISER mohali.
Period: 2 months
Description: human prion is a long length protein ranging from 90-231 .
The recombinant protein corresponding to human prion protein domain encompassing residues (huPrP90-231) was
expressed in E.coli as inclusion body and purified to homogeneity. Spectroscopic data indicate that the
conformational properties and the folding pathway of humanPrP(90-231)are strongly pH dependent. Acidic pH
inducesadramatic increase inthe exposure of the hydrophobicpatchesonthe surface of the protein The secondary
structure of the humanPrP(90-231)islargelyalpha-helical andaftertransitionthe stable structure richinbeta-sheet
isobserved. These findingshave importantimplicationsforunderstandingthe initial eventsonthe pathwaytowards
the conversion of the normal into pathological form of prion protein.
TRAINING ATTENDED
Title: ISO appreciation programe 22000
Organization: At MARS India
ACHIEVEMENTS:
Topped my class with distinction in Msc. Analytical chemistry at Loyola academy .
