Introduction
London is home to some of the greatest museums on the world. This book is designed to
help you explore the city’s famous landmarks and dine like a true Londoner. I hope that
with the aid of this guide, you can enjoy the journey.
This guide is set up with five suggested attractions for days one through six and a single
attraction on day seven. Each day also has a recommended restaurant based on the
location of suggested attractions for the day.
Each attraction has the following corresponding information: name, address, website,
nearest tube station and admission fee. Attraction will in include and fun fact and
restaurants will have a rating based on a five star scale.

Helpful Tips
Whether this is your first time in London or you are returning, here are a few simple tips
that could make your stay easier:
o Get a visitor Oyster Card
o Concessions are discounts for seniors and students
o Reserve tickets to desired attraction in advance to avoid long lines
o Have spare change to use public restrooms
o Ask for the waiter/waitress for the bill when ready
o Look right, then left when crossing a street
o Walk on the left, stand on the right for escalators
o Be prepared for quick weather change
o Hire a Santander bike for 30 minute intervals
o Tipping is not mandatory, check bill to see if a service charge is included
o Emergency number is 999
o Travel at off peak times for cheaper fares
o Have a tube map handy
o Look at the yellow line on the tube, the doors open where paint is faded
o Move down the platform to avoid crowding
o Enjoy a free walking tour of the city
o Bags are not free, help save the environment, reuse plastic bags
o Go big at breakfast
