 Sidrom sagorijevanja na poslu ili burnout
sindrom u Hrvatskoj je slabo istražen pojam
 Glagol „to burn out“ znači „ne uspjeti, biti
iscrpljen zbog nedostatka energije, snage i volje“
 Prema Maslach (2001), izgaranje se proučavalo
kao odgovor na stres na poslu u kojem
emocionalna iscrpljenost, depersonalizacija i
smanjeno osobno ispunjenje proizlazi iz različitih
radnih zahtjeva

 Kod mlađih zaposlenika razina sagorijevanja je
znatno veća nego kod zaposlenika koji prelaze
30 i 40 godina starosti
 postoji pretpostavka da žene postižu veće razine
iscrpljenosti
 rezultati su povezani s rodnim stereotipima, stoga
nisu potpuno dosljedni.
 S obzirom na bračni status, oni koji su oženjen
(posebno muškarci) skloniji su izgaranju u
usporedbi s onima koji nisu u braku.
 Razvedeni pojedinci su, također, skloniji izgaranju.
 Utvrditi koji demografski faktori mogu utjecati
na sindrom sagorijevanja kod mlađih
zaposlenika
 Hipoteza I: Mladi zaposlenici u Hrvatskoj u dobi od 20-
30 godina starosti potencijalni su kandidati
sagorijevanja na poslu;
 Hipoteza II: Mladi zaposlenici ženskoga roda izloženiji
su izgaranju od muškaraca;
 Hipoteza III: Mladi zaposlenici u Hrvatskoj sa
završenom visokom stručnom spremom izloženiji su
stresu, a time i izgaranju.
 Konačni uzorak činilo je 103 ispitanika

 Analiza literature i istraživanja pokazuje da
individualne karakteristike demografskih varijabli još
uvijek nisu značajno istraženo područje sagorijevanja
 Niti jedna od ispitivanih varijabli (spol, radni staž, dob,
stručna sprema) nije značajno povezana sa
sagorijevanjem
 Dob ispitanika usko je povezana s radnim stažom.
Također, vidi se jača prisutnost sagorijevanja u osoba
ženskoga spola, iako nije značajna. Stručna sprema
također utječe na sagorijevanje, no drugačije nego li je
pretpostavljeno.
 relativno mali uzorak ispitanika
 veći dio ispitanika sa završenom visokom
stručnom spremom
 Upitnik je distribuiran putem elektroničke
pošte poslan na adrese poznanika
 rezultati nisu reprezentativni za zaključivanje
na čitavom nivou Hrvatske, ali su indikativni

Sindrom sagorijevanja kod mladih zaposlenika u hrvatskoj

  • 3.  Sidrom sagorijevanja na poslu ili burnout sindrom u Hrvatskoj je slabo istražen pojam  Glagol „to burn out“ znači „ne uspjeti, biti iscrpljen zbog nedostatka energije, snage i volje“  Prema Maslach (2001), izgaranje se proučavalo kao odgovor na stres na poslu u kojem emocionalna iscrpljenost, depersonalizacija i smanjeno osobno ispunjenje proizlazi iz različitih radnih zahtjeva
