This product work log tracks a P90X workout routine from January 29th to April 14th, including daily one-hour P90X workouts and any additional strength training. On January 31st, the individual met with their project facilitator Coach Jeff Nelson to discuss a back injury, and Nelson suggested replacing back squats with leg presses for recovery and approved extra strength training. On April 14th, the individual organized video clips from their workouts into a 2-minute compilation for a senior board presentation.
