A construction professional with thirty three years service to the industry, fourteen
years as a plasterer/ dry-liner working on refurbishment of older style properties, flat
conversions and property maintenance. Currently working as a Ground-worker &
occasional Chain-man to the Engineer. Awarded Occupational Supervisor and
registered by CITB as NVQ Level 3 Construction Operations Supervisor.
CSCS Scheme registered as Skilled Worker Blue Card with current first aid training
certificate.
Current Employment as a ground-worker/bricklayer and Chain-man, working
on the Ridge in Hastings East Sussex.

Sutton, Surrey, SM3 8NE (2010 – 2015)
I had worked for the previous four years on the Roebuck Park site at Hellingly for J,
Divine Civil Engineering as Ground-worker and Chainman, assistant to the engineer
and as Supervisor. Working primarily on deep drainage, laying pipes and building
manholes as per drawings.
As a works supervisor I hold the keys to the office, tool shed, machines and as
Supervisor I am responsible for dividing the workforce and tasks according to our
schedule and instruct them on how to carry out this work safely and in line to our
method statement.
Currently seeking a Career move back inside and hopefully into window fitting.
