Busy Income Tax business needs help for seasonal workers
Challenge: A small tax business had hired over 20 people to help with seasonal taxes.
They wanted a way to leave daily messages for all employees every day, and they
wanted each employee to have a voice mailbox and extension number so that customers
could call their tax preparer directly.

package gave the

minutes and up to
25 extensions to
use. We set up
Group Messaging
so that the owner of the business got to broadcast his messages to his employees’ voice
mailboxes easily. They also each had their own personal extension. The owner was also
given Web Access, so that if he had to replace the workers, he could go online and
change the names and email addresses for their Voice-to-Email wav.file delivery.
Results: The owner is extremely pleased with how efficient the Auto-Attendant is.
Each employee has their own Voice Mailbox so they can each record their personal
greetings and they can deal with their own customers. The owner is able to leave all 25
employees messages at once with our Group Messaging feature. He told me he didn’t
know how he would get through tax season without our help.
