FIELD OPERATIONS ENGINEER
- Preventive maintenance - Perform preventives on equipments and accessories in
accordance with LTK standards and ensure that the equipments, structures and
environment are in good condition at all times.
- Fault management - Perform curatives (fault resolution) on BS equipments,
switches and transmission links. Identify areas of network weakness and suggest
measures for improvement or corrective action.
- Power Solutions – Design power, Implement, commission and decommission,
maintenance and servicing Base Station power equipment, Update regional
database for KPLC meter readings, generator run-hours, site inventories, repair
and replacement of Base Station Power equipment
- Planned activities/project implementation - Implement planned work
schedules; new BSs acceptance, upgrades/down grades, traces, Optimization,
preventive maintenance. Supervise various jobs such as equipment installations,
commissioning, maintenance and servicing
