their private information and viewing personal records
that one does not have the right or permission to view.

5.  Breaching patient confidentiality can result in discipline and/or
termination by your employer. Extensive violation of breaching this
information can also result in fines and also prison time.
 In order to decrease the risks of patient record violation trainings are
done on a regular basis. There is also a frequent run of computer
systems to make sure information has not been breached. Another
tool to help decrease this is training on what to do if a co-worker has
violate this rule.
