The Current SmartCard <ul><li>University Multi Purpose Card(UMPC) </li></ul><ul><li>Used as a student matric card or staff identity card, library card, door access card and ATM card </li></ul><ul><li>Two major applications: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>University applications and Banking applications </li></ul></ul>

Based from several interviews held with the students of UUM <ul><li>The current Smart Card system is not much different with the cash transaction </li></ul><ul><li>Need to top up the SmartCard by themselves </li></ul><ul><li>ATM machine is always out of service </li></ul><ul><li>Walk in counter also is always offline </li></ul><ul><li>Only few facilities that can be utilized using the smart card </li></ul>

Don’t write it down anywhere. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Regularly review your account statement and contact immediately the call center or bank if there is any discrepancies. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Destroy your old once you received replacement card </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>If you have forgotten your PIN or would like to select a new one, please visit the nearest selected bank. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>If you choosing offline transaction, you need to sign the back of your card </li></ul></ul>
