Safety of Surface
*Mine Owner:
He intends to start ay mining operation within 50 yards in any place which are located in public
roads, buildings or rivers etc.
He is bound of chief inspector. He should give notice in written form not less than 60 days to
the chief inspector.
**Underground Operation:
If mine owner intends to excavation within 50 feet of any public road, buildings etc, he shall be
made only the permission of Chief inspector.
***Fenced:
Any subsidence occurred or possible to deterioration, the owner should with draw the workers
and shall be kept securely fenced on the working areas.
****Chief Inspector:
He gives permission to the owner either mine feasible or not, safe or unsafe.
He may be abandonment the mine. The owner shall be notice before start to work in mines.
