of skyscrapers and tall buildings. Traffic lights turns
green with a red London bus passing.
A pair of 70’s platform shoes, polished perfectly wander
down the street.

to the 70’s shoes.
A red leather jacket belonging to the trousers confidently
swaggers.
Mercury wears a long, red leather jacket, still walking
along the busy lively city street.
Mercury passes a part of the Busy Lively city Street.
Mercury’s face, adolescent looking, short mustache, hair
curly and short, looking in the distance without any real
emotion. He’s walking calmly and confidently.
Mercury passes a jeweler’s shop window and gazes inside and
his reflection and the jewelery on display
Two males modernly dressed in a hoodie and jeans walking
past Mercury see him and start to discretely gossip and
laugh about him, Mercury confidently carries on walking.
EXT. QUIET CAFE. DAY.

is a young, 17-year old man stood outside a cafe in
cottage. He is holding two cups of coffee. There are
written on the coffee cups. One reads ’Terry’, the
reads ’Mercury’.
Terry’s phone starts to ring. The phone reads Mercury on the
screen. Terry answers the call.
TERRY
Hello?
MERCURY
Yo! Who’s the cat that won’t cop
out When there’s danger all about?
Terry then replies.

Terry hangs up the phone. Mercury starts to arrive at the
cafe. Mercury is walking towards Terry. Terry passes the
coffee cup to Mercury and gives him a disparaging look.
TERRY
Hey! Its not fancy dress every day
of the week.
MERCURY
The old me is dead, this is the new
