The document outlines the workflow for repurposing video content from DG. It involves gathering ISCI codes on a kickoff call. Sites then need to be certified, assets retrieved and reviewed, ads created, tags trafficked, and the campaign approved by clients. Once launched, the campaign is monitored and later analyzed post-campaign.
Campaign Kick – Off:Conference call that includes all necessary parties involved in campaign.Gather all necessary campaign info. Gather ISCI Codes:Client to provide us with these codes in order for MM personell to retrieve the appropriate assets from our database. Certify Sites:Our certification team works to test tags and compare reporting data for those sites not yet certified. Asset Retrieval & Review: If repurposing, assets are downloaded from spot central. If client providing assets, assets are sent to CSM/CDS and review against site specs. Campaign Setup and Ad Creation: Campaign is entered into the system with appropriate instream placements. Video assets are uploaded and created into an Ad with it’s own unique AdId. Internal QA & Tags Trafficked: Trafficking and Ads are QA’d by appropriate Mediamind internal department. If QA is passed, then code packages that contain the tags are sent to the sites. Site Approval & Client approval: I think we can remove or move Client Approval which would come before Internal QA. Site approval consists of the site’s QA’ing our tags on their end to confirm functionality and meet’s their specs. Campaign Launch and Monitoring: Sites set tags live and use MM reporting to monitor campaigns against goals. Post Campaign Analysis: Sales initiates this and requests campaign analysis by appropriate internal MM team.
