The Purloined Letter

To Delaney:
Hi Emma! You can’t believe what just happened to me. It all started when I went to the Kings
house to speak with him about his wife. According to him she was being a little secretive. So, at the
corner of my eye I saw the Queen quickly slipped the letter under her pillow. I asked the King if I could
have a drink of water while I snuck over to Queens Pillow and snatched the letter just in time before the
King came back in.
