By signing this contract I am in agreement with the following;
• That the company and contact person listed are responsible for supplying
their own advertising clip (video, still image or Power Point);
• The said clip will be subject to pre-approval by the Monarch Theatre
Manager prior to public viewing;
• To secure an advertising slot, it is the onus of the above listed company
and contact person to pay their advertising fees in advance of each month
of advertising;
• Rates are as follows (check your choice):
o 15 second slots, shown a minimum of 3 times prior to film’s start:
