My answer has always been straightforward.
If you need traffic, go and buy it where there is a motherload of the traffic you
need.
What I mean is this,
Google, facebook, linkedin all have massive audience and thus traffic on their
sites.
All you have to do is get your offer in front of this audience with your offer.
However, for a newbie to really get a hank of driving traffic using these sites
requires a lot of learning curve.
But as a newbie, if you are looking for a low cost – almost free traffic
technique that you can use to quickly build your list is solo ads

Solo Ad Campaigns

How To Avoid “Bad” Solo Ad Sellers
Here’s some of what you can do
Ask the following questions;
 How did you build the list?
 Does the list include buyers?
 Where are the people on your list from? (U.S., UK, Canada, and Oz are
best)
 Is the list currently being built... is it fresh, or stale?
 Why are you charging what you're charging?
 What kind of offers do they respond to best?
 Is my offer a good fit?
 Are you a product creator?
 Do you write your solo ad by yourself?
The answer to each of these will help you to determine whether or not that
particular solo vendor is the right fit for your target audience or not.

5. Unless you have solo ad copy that has been converting very well for you over
several solos, you should ask them to write the copy.
Lastly, check for testimonials, no matter how good a solo ad vendor, there is
bound to be some negatives. Check for these and see if you could accept with
these negatives in case they occur
Note that solo ad vendors who claim to have buyers list will always want to
charge higher rates. If you come across such a vendor, a way to know if he or
she is lying is to google them to know whether or not they create and sell
products by themselves.

period after which you will need to start paying in order to be able to make
use of their services.

10. However, with mailchimp even if it takes more than 30 days for your
subscribers to reach 2,000 you won’t pay a cent.
