6. RealNet Holdings operates from Landmark West Offices, 2nd Floor, Office 2-A,
13 Umgazi Street Menlopark, Pretoria. The RealNet Executive is supported by
an experienced management team and support personnel.
The Managing Director, Jan Davel, whom is an experienced commercial
attorney and a seasoned businessman, enjoys the support of a dedicated and
experienced management team.
A Professional Accountant is the Financial Manager who also oversees
the group’s property letting and property management administration.
National supply chain services, systems and marketing support are in the
capable hands of a dedicated coordinator, while corporate governance and
matters of legal and regulatory compliance are attended to by an admitted
attorney in support of the Managing Director.

7. Training and hands-on assistance are provided by experienced Regional
Managers. The RealNet Regional Managers’ primary responsibilities are to
improve the group’s market share, to create brand awareness and to improve brand
recognition in collaboration with RealNet’s franchisees.
RealNet’s Regional Managers assist franchisees with induction training,
business set-up, agent recruitment, performance and risk management, planning
and budgeting, best practices and much more.

franchising its concept in 2001.

60 franchise territories employing more than 350
estate agents who facilitate residential, commercial,

13. Business opportunity
Set-up costs*:
Vary between R150 000 and R800 000 depending on the franchisee’s requirements.
(* Set-up costs include once-off joining fee, a marketing pack, induction training, systems installation, etc.)
The franchise agreement’s most salient terms:
Monthly fees: Vary between R1 930 and R6 460
Success based royalty fee: 5% of gross commission
Marketing and branding fee: R425 per month
Initial agreement term: 10 Years
Renewal term: 5 Years, whereafter it will continue for an
indefinite period, subject to RealNet’s
standard terms and conditions.
