Necrological Service Message

1. Ecclesiastes 7:1-2
7 A good reputation is better than expensive perfume; and
the day you die is better than the day you are born.
2 It is better to go to a home where there is mourning than
to one where there is a party, because the living should
always remind themselves that death is waiting for us all.

2. Ecclesiastes 7:3-4 Good News Translation (GNT)
3 Sorrow is better than laughter; it may sadden your face,
but it sharpens your understanding.
4 Someone who is always thinking about happiness is a
fool. A wise person thinks about death.

4. Awit 103:15-16 Ang buhay ng mga
tao'y parang damo ang katulad, sa
parang ay lumalago na katulad ay
bulaklak; 16 nawawala't nalalagas,
kapag ito'y nahanginan,
nawawala na nga ito at hindi na
mamamasdan.

5. Awit 90:10-12 Buhay nami'y umaabot ng
pitumpung taong singkad, minsan nama'y
walumpu, kung kami'y malakas;ngunit buong
buhay namin ay puno ng dusa't hirap,
pumapanaw pagkatapos, dito sa
sangmaliwanag. 12 Dahil itong buhay nami'y
maikli lang na panahon,itanim sa isip namin
upang kami ay dumunong.
