Harmony information system is one of the leading U.S based international NGO services organization and the
largest commercial organization in the US. The purpose of the HAR is to provide information through share
point reporting site for all NGO’s data. The scope of the system is to view data into a structured format and
designed to provide valuable information for their clients. This is done by pulling the data from different
server sources and exploring the processed data into reports in different formats in share point site and
thereby helping in their business decision making processes.

Internet. PBC has been integrated into web-based purchasing solution PBC facilitates the search of the item of
the buyers inters. The details of the items of different categories are stored. The orders placed by the
customers are stored in the database system. Here the data collection agent is responsible for storing the
data, managing the data, modifying data and retrieving the data.
