3. Step 1: Request
Access
• Go to
manheim.com/mymobilelisting,
select Register Now, and complete
form
• Provide dealership and user
information
• If approved, you will receive a
confirmation email with a username
and password within one business
day

4. Step 2: Download
App
• Available on iPad, iPhone, and
iTouch
• Go to Apple’s App Store
• Search for myMobileListing
• Installation is free
Or
• Download app right from the website
at manheim.com/mymobilelisting

5. Step 3: Sign In
• Use your device to open
the app
• Tap Sign-in
• Enter user name and
password
• Tap Submit

6. Step 4: Create and
Edit Listings
• Tap New Record
• Select dealership (if
applicable)
• Tap location name
Or
• Enter store name or
dealer number to search

7. Step 4: Create and
Edit Listings
Drafts and completed listings
will display.
• To delete a record, swipe to
the left to view Delete
button, or tap Edit

8. Step 5: Scan a VIN
• Select whether or not you
want the app to use your
current location
• Tap a VIN scanner
• Or enter VIN manually
• Stock Number is optional

9. Step 6: Select
Inspection Type
• Select Inspection Type
• Tap Submit

• Tap vehicle style

• Tap red text to select
available options

Vehicle Details
• Tap a record stage to
answer questions about the
vehicle pertaining to that
category

• Tap Next to move to the
next question
• To go back and change an
answer, tap Questions

14. Step 9: Add Photos
• Tap Add a Photo

• Tap Add a Video
• Record video

17. Step 11: Report Damage
• If no damage is present,
tap No
• To report damage, tap Yes
• Tap Next to continue

• Select damage location
• Select damage descriptor
• Add photo, if necessary
• Tap Save

19. Step 12: Enter Tire Info
• Use wheels to select tire size
The other tires will default to
same size.
• Edit if needed
• Tap Next to continue

20. Final Step: Submit
Record
• To resume the record and
complete all remaining
questions, tap Resume
• If you are finished,
tap Submit

21. Final Step: Submit
Record
• If you have not answered
all questions, tap Resume
• Grey: Has not been started
• Blue: Started, not yet
complete
• Green: Completed
• Red: Answered and
damage was indicated

22. Final Step: Submit
Record
Submit Inspection
• Tap Edit Image icon to
review or retake pictures
• Tap Edit Video icon to
review and add voiceover

23. Final Step: Submit
Record
• Review and confirm inspection
details
• Ensure Wi-Fi or 3G connection
• Tap Upload Video,
if necessary
• Tap Submit
• If Submit is not enabled, make sure
you have answered all questions

24. Final Step: Submit
Record
Enable YouTube Account:
• Input credentials
• Tap Upload

• Tap Resume to continue
inputting vehicle
information

26. After Submitting
• Information will be listed on
OVE.com
• Enter additional pricing and
sale information through
Inventory Manager,
if necessary
• Activated listing will show
SD icon
