Manhattanville College to Serve as Higher Education Partner at Westchester Digital Summit

Manhattanville College is the Higher Education partner for this year’s Westchester Digital
Summit taking place at the Ritz Carlton, Westchester on May 15, 2015.
The partnership with Silverback Social, the company producing the summit, will provide
Manhattanville with guest speakers for Digital Media Production courses, potential internship
opportunities for students, and will help position Manhattanville as a leader in the digital media
space. This will be the second Westchester Digital Summit, with last year’s drawing more than
700 senior digital executives. It is designed to help anyone from individuals to large businesses
improve their digital presence.
The keynote speaker is Gary Vaynerchuk, founder of VaynerMedia, an agency that helps
companies build their social voice and digital brand through content and storytelling.
VaynerMedia’s clients have included the Brooklyn Nets, PepsiCo, GE, Green Mountain Coffee,
and the New York Jets. There will also be opportunities to hear from and meet with
representatives from ESPN, Fox Sports, MasterCard, IBM, GE, LinkedIn, Facebook, and many
other top companies and people in digital media.
The summit will take place throughout the day with various events going on from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
