2. What are San Fermines?
San Fermines is one of the most famous traditional festival of Spain. This festival
is in honor of ‘San Fermín de Amiens’ and it is celebrated in Pamplona, Navarra.
This festival starts at 6th of July, at the midday with the ‘Chupinazo’ and it finishes
at 14th of July at the midnight( it lasts 8 days).
3. The running of San Fermines
This is the most famous and dangerous activity that you can do or see at this
festival. The running consists of approximately 850 metres with a finish at the
bullring of Pamplona. It looks easy, but you have to do this running with extremely
dangerous bulls behind you. Every year, people have serious injuries because of
the bulls.
