2. Cobza
The Cobza or Koboz is a multi-stringed musical instrument of the lute family, originated in
Romania and Poland. It was mentioned for first time in 1331 in Romanian and Polish places, but
some people believe that Ukrainian people knew it before. It is used in a music gender called folk
and a folk musician that used the Cobza in his music was Tiberiu Alexandru.

3. Alberta Alexandrescu
Alberta Alexandrescu was a Romanian pianist and compositor. Alexandrescu won the third prize
in the 1995 Romanian Music Competition, second to Evelina Borbei and the first place was
declared void. She is mainly active as a chamber musician with Trio Lumen.
