box, click the link that

the “Create an FSA
ID” section to

You can use any username and
password you want but be sure
to enter your existing email
address.

10. Next, you’ll be prompted to verify your identity, fill
in your profile information, then review and create
your account. Your progress will be tracked on this
bar.

11. Enter your SSN, date of birth, and
your name to verify your identity

14. Next, you’ll be prompted to create a series
of “Challenge Questions” to provide
additional security.

15. Verify your information, and
review the terms and conditions.

16. Next, you’ll be prompted to confirm your email
address with a security code sent to the email
address you provided.

17. Once you’ve verified your email, your FSA
ID has been created!
