Community Heart at Trinity at Alkimos
1. MEDIA RELEASE: Trinity at Alkimos
COMMUNITY HEART AT TRINITY AT ALKIMOS
Residents of LWP Property Group’s Trinity at Alkimos say what they love most about the
coastal community is the community feel, range of events and connection to the area.
The first homesites at Trinity were released in April, 2010 and the community is now
home to around approximately 3,000 residents.
One of those residents is 29 year old Aaron Divitini, who lives at Trinity with his partner
and his ‘very spoilt cat’, Bella.
Mr Divitini said he initially chose Trinity as the place to build his first home as it was a
private estate; was small; and as such had a strong community feel.
“Being a private estate was a big selling point, but equally the community coming
together at LWP’s events and the connection amongst the people in the area was a big
drawcard for me,” he said.
Mr Divitini is so passionate about his community, he was recently elected as the
inaugural President of the newly formed Trinity at Alkimos Residents Association.
“From the start of planning to build my home in Trinity I made the conscious decision that
I would like to know my neighbours and be involved in my community.
“In my previous home I didn’t know my neighbours, but since this is my own home I have
built at Trinity, I know I am here for the long haul.
“It is so important to know the people who live in your area as that really creates
community.
“LWP created a great space to start it and I would like to see it continue, hence my
involvement in the new Residents Association,” he said.
Mr Divitini said he is looking forward to seeing Trinity grow and more people moving in.
2. “It is a great place to live and I am looking forward to getting our community together
(new residents as well as those that have been here for a year or so now) for regular
events and utilising the beautiful open spaces we have here at Trinity.”
Senior Project Manager for LWP Property Group, Mr Alf Lay, said the Residents
Association was a very proactive group, which was pleasing to see in a relatively new
community such as Trinity.
“Trinity truly has a fantastic community. The Residents Association is helping to bring the
community together and it is great to be working with people who love where they live so
much.
“As a developer LWP works hard to create spaces and the amenity to encourage
community, however, it is the people who make it special,” Mr Lay said.
