Le gouvernement doit se méfier de la tentation de
protectionnisme vis-à-vis de la Chine, même si c'est populaire. La
Chine doit en effet être vue comme une chance et non comme
une menace. En accusant la Chine de dumping de sa monnaie,
regarde-t-on du bon côté ? Les dirigeants chinois vont réduire la
part de l'export dans leur PIB, baisser leur taux d'épargne et
consommer plus pour réduire leur dépendance à l'étranger. …si
l'on pense que la monnaie chinoise est trop basse, l'entrée par le
biais de joint-ventures ou d'acquisitions n'en sera que plus facile !

indissolublement lié au bon vouloir des autorités chinoises, qui
contrôlent à la fois les usines les plus performantes, en termes de
rapport qualité/prix, et le marché intérieur qui, à l'échelle
