I have more than 15 years of experience in managerial positions in the private and public sectors: retail, business training and education. Higher education in organization and educational psychology. Last six years I spend in personal development and training area: as a coach and trainer I work with different level managers, start-ups and students for their personal and career development, run group coaching, design and deliver master-classes and trainings.
