2. Introduction
The Italian Republic or simply Italy is a
country in southern Europe that mainly
occupies an elongated peninsula and two

The typical food of italy is characterized by its elaborations with abundante
vegetales, fruits, meats, fish, rice, pastas and breads. Some of its typical
dishes are:
