25. TENNIS SIGN UPS
 Any 6th grade - 8th grade girl or boy who would like
to try out for the Northridge Tennis team needs to
come pick up a form from either the office, Ms.
Robinson, or Mrs. Owen before next Thursday, March
10th. All completed forms must be back to one of
these 3 places by next Friday, March 11th if you want
to try out for the team. Try outs will be the week of
Monday - Friday March 14th from 3:30-5 @ the Van
Buren Tennis Courts. You must be at all try out
dates unless approved otherwise by Coach Mosby
before March 14th.

28. CONGRATULATIONS
 Congratulations to the NMS Band. They
received a division rating of a "1" at their
recent contest. This is the best they can
achieve, from every judge! This is the 4th
year in a row that a Northridge band has
received a sweepstakes award, which means
that the band gets a "1" on the main stage
for their 3 prepared songs, and a "1" in the
sight-reading portion. Way to go!

29. CONGRATULATIONS
 Congratulations to Daniel Bost for winning
first in state in his weight division at the
8th Annual Arkansas Youth State wrestling
Competition. He received a medal and a
state championship ring. This is Daniel's
first year wrestling. Also congratulations to
Dillon Hall for placing 3rd in his weight
division.

30. CONGRATULATIONS
 The Northridge PTA is excited to announce that
they had two state level winners in the PTA's
Reflections competition. They are 7th grader
Kylie Bell who won 1st in Middle School Dance
Choreography and 6th grader Hailey Crawley in
Middle School Photography. Both students will
be invited to attend the state reflections banquet
in Little Rock on April 1st and will go on for
judging at the national level.

31. MONDAY, MARCH 7– FRIDAY, MARCH 11
 March 7 – March 11 is National Breakfast
Week. Mr. Mitchell and Mrs. Feeny will be
serving breakfast on Monday. We will have
give aways for the students that eat
breakfast in the cafeteria next week. Each
day the students eat breakfast in the
cafeteria, they can enter into the drawing to
win a $20.00 gift certificate to Malco. Other
gifts will also be given away.

6th and 7th grade students interested in trying out for
Northridge Cheer and/or Dance. The meeting will be
Sunday, March 13 @ 2:00 @ VBHS Arena (main
gym). NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. If you can not
