7. Contingency Planning
Potential Issue Solution
my computer crashes or my work is deleted I will always save my work too a memory stick
so I always have a back up file of the work I do
I may not have enough time to complete
everything I have planned
I will do work in my own time too keep up, if
not I may have too keep out certain things I
planned to save me time.
I may not be able to make what I want possible I may have too make small changes so that it
works, or ask for help in completing it.
8. Health and Safety
Potential Issue How will the issue be
avoided?
staring at a computer all day may cause strain
on my eyes
I will take regular breaks to give my eyes some
rest, if it doesn’t help I may need special
equipment
sitting in the same seat all day may cause pains
or strains on my neck and body
I will take breaks too give me time too walk, I
may also use special seats or neck rests/pillows.
electrical hazards I will keep any liquid or fire hazard away from
my pc and will cover up any open wiring.
trip hazard I will keep all my belongings under the desk
and will make sure my chair is not blocking the
path.
