How can we
improve
students’
social skills?
Education System
① Provide more career education
② Open more social etiquette courses.
③ Require more internship experience.
④ Ask more student organization
experience.
⑤ Smaller class scale.
⑥ Mentor for every student.
⑦ Offer mixed background residence
halls.
⑧ Increase the social skills training in
basic education.
⑨ Organize more activities.
Students
① Take part in more parties and activities.
② Join one or more organizations.
③ Serious study of career and social skills.
④ Connect with people positively.
⑤ More practices before formal activities.
Families
① More activities with families, neighbors and
friends.
② More communications.
③ More positive and forgiving environment.
Society
① Lead public opinion to know how
important the social skills are for
students.
② Tolerate different kinds of people
including the person who lacks of
social skills.
③ Build a more sufficient labour
market segmentation to
accommodate more people who
have different personalities.
Selection
1. Open more social etiquette courses. __This
idea is very practical.
2. Build a more sufficient labour market
segmentation. __Disruptive because this idea
would change a large system fundamentally.
3. More practices before formal activities.
__My favorite idea. I think it is a available way
to save oneself. It is very easy and effective.
