Our Question: What ingredients make a fruit explode??
What Ingredients make a fruit explode?? We thought peanut oil would make a fruit explode but NEVER trust what you read in a book!! When we tried the second experiment with peanut oil, baking soda and baking powder we thought this would make the fruit explode. It turns out peanut oil does not make fruit explode.
Our Original Hypothesis Our original hypothesis was: We think the vinegar and baking soda will make fruit explode (in other words make it go BOOM!!)
Our second hypothesis: Peanut oil and a different ingredient will make fruit explode.
Our second experiment Our second experiment didn’t work either so now we know that none of those ingredients make fruit explode. There will always be a next time to try it out.
