I am an educationalist, whose passion is to develop online learning tools to support self-directed life-long learning. I have experience in helping product development teams to use learning research based results and turn them into usable web tools. My background is in research and my way of working is to search for evidence based solutions, which can be implemented as tools for learning. I like working with data and statistical tools, and to use them to analyze users activities for development and research. I also like educating and lecturing about various aspects affecting learning, effective ways of teaching and also using statistics in research.
