Fort Drum will hold a household hazardous waste collection for Mountain Community Homes residents to dispose of certain hazardous materials. The collection will accept items like paints, cleaners, oils, pesticides, and pool chemicals but not appliances, electronics, medical waste, ammunition, or compressed gas cylinders. The waste can be dropped off on Tuesdays from 11am-1pm or Thursdays from 12-2pm at Building 11,114 on Bedlam Road.
