Instructions: 
1. Be aware of the topic ~Learning Activities~ these are activities that you are excited by or 
eager to try out. They are not necessarily what you do best; they are what you think is 
best 
2. In each section, rate each statement (i.e. highlight diff. colors, or bold/italic/underline/or 
numbers) 
1. = Not like me 
2. = Somewhat like me 
3. = A lot like me 
3. If you have questions, write them down 
4. List categories in order of which have overall the most appealing activities to the least 
appealing (**Equal amounts? Use your own judgment**) 
5. In 2-3 sentences, describe your thoughts, opinions, ideas about your list.
