Reginald tells the detective about witnessing an argument in an alleyway between Donald and Rex. Reginald overheard Rex confronting Donald about mistreating and forcing Kathy into marriage, showing her bruises. Donald threatens Rex, saying he won't wake up tomorrow. Rex throws a punch at Donald but misses, then notices Reginald hiding and shoves past him as he leaves. The detective is investigating Donald's murder, whose dead body is shown in the alleyway with police taking photos at the crime scene.

1. EXT. ALLEYWAY. NIGHT
DONALD is walking home after a late night at the bingo.
Kathy is waiting in the bushes for him to walk past with
a heavy rock. Donald walks past and ties his shoe lace,
Kathy comes up behind him and hits him over the head.
Donald is dead.
2. INT. BAR. NIGHT
TIMOTHY is sat alone at the bar, he is sat next to the
bar on a stool.
Enter REGINALD
Reginald sits next to the detective on the stool next to
him.
TIMOTHY
Ok tell me all you know
REGINALD
Right, well I was walking home
one late evening, when I walked
past this dark alley way and over
heard some voices arguing in the
alley way.
TIMOTHY
Who's voices did you hear?
3.INT.ALLEY WAY.NIGHT
Cross cut to Donald's dead body with the camera men
taking pictures of the dead body.
REGINALD
They were the voices of Donald
and Rex, so I hid in some nearby
boxes and watched.
Camera men takes one last photo which initiates a
flashback.
4.EXT. ALLEY WAY.NIGHT
Reginald walks along a street and hears arguing in a
nearby alleyway and takes cover in some nearby boxes to
see what is happening. REX and Donald are stood arguing
about Donald's mistreatment of Kathy and how he is
forcing Kathy in to marriage.
REX
You better leave Kathy alone, or
I am going to make you wish you
were never born

DONALD
It is not any of your business
what me and my soon to be wife
get up to.
REX
I am good friends with Kathy and
she has shown me all the bruises
you have caused her and how you
are forcing her into marriage.
DONALD
I am warning you, if you don't
walk away now, you wont be waking
up tomorrow and that is a
promise.
REX
Why you little!
In Rex's anger to Donald's threat, Rex throws a punch
toward Donald and just misses. Rex then storms off and
notices Reginald was there the whole time and shoves into
him.
