Betty and her friend Trudy rent a beach house for the summer but their vacation plans are ruined when they meet their crazy housemates. One housemate, Mr. Vanislaw, rapes Trudy, prompting her and another housemate, Keith, to chop off his body parts in revenge. Strange voices in the ceiling then demand entertainment from the group. When the voices are not entertained, they burst through the ceiling screaming.
