2. Starting of matariki. The whole school sat down and Whaea Palmer started to do the karakia. Then Juanita told room1 to come up and do their skit.
3. House Colours Juanita called all the house colours one at a time and told them to do a haka, they could do any haka that they wanted to do.
4. Staff singing When the houses finished, Juanita started saying someone from the staff to come up and sing, she chose Miss Van der Klundert to sing.
5. What is matariki? Juanita told the school what was matariki, she said matarikiis a celebration of a new year.
6. The end Juanita told everyone that it was the end and that everyone had to get up and do a haka to thanks the cooks and all the teachers for coming.
