This slide is helpful to take them from what they currently know, to see the whole portfolio – they will also recognise where they sit in this lineup If you prefer not to refer to the employee numbers shown – you can discuss it as business growth by revenue or other factors that relate to the prospect you are talking to. Script These are all the solutions from MYOB Well known for their accounting solutions for small companies, they can support clients as they grow in size and business complexity. Clients may start with an accounting solution, then require a business management solution and as they continue to grow require an ERP solution to manage their entire company structure. The PayGlobal solution is an HCM (Human Capital Mgmt)….payroll and HR….and is sold to very large organisations

They are using several software or manual solutions which are not integrated which results in: Duplicate data entry Incorrect information Information not shared across departments Multiple software products to learn and update, etc. Increasing maintenance cost for outdated systems When presenting this to your prospect, you can mention that and also identify the particular issue that they are having. This is a strong way to start this discussion about Advanced as it allows the prospect to define the business issues that they are trying to solve

- Built for the cloud MYOB Advanced was built for the cloud and for the mobile workforce, it runs on any device using a browser, it has responsive, also called adaptive, design, meaning the screen resizes based on device being used. This means that real work can be performed using any device without learning a new user interface or experienced reduced functionality. Our mobile toolkit makes it easy to display screens on an iOS or Android phone. This maximizes productivity when users have minimal ‘screen-estate’ and takes advantage of phone features such as cameras, GPS tracking, and phone applications such as maps. If your team decides to develop custom applications using the Advanced platform, those will also adapt any device.
