1. Surveying the charity events which are related to the issue of education, sport,
environmental，cultural etc, and contact the person in charge of the event.
After that, discuss all the related affairs and submit a brief report to the
superior.
2. Once getting the approval, will lock the artiste’s schedule from artiest
department.
3. Draft out a short script to the artiest to carry out the event message
comfortably.
