- About Leadership Africa USA is a non-governmental organization with a mandate to support the emergence of a new generation of African leaders through leadership training and character-building programs for Africa’s youth. Leadership Africa USA’s mission is to work with local partners to provide Africa’s youth the critical leadership skills they need to face the unprecedented challenge of building post-conflict societies. Our mandate is to develop youth leadership curricula and provide skills training to Africa’s youth through public-private partnerships. Leadership Africa USA’s programs span Senegal, Liberia, Nigeria and South Africa.
