9. IMPORTANT TO NOTE - on Saturday 5th Jan
Parents' Seminar group 5 Jan (Sat)
• To enhance hospitality to parents, parents are invited to visit the
academic schools after their talk at MusicBox @ 73.
• Ambassadors will walk them to the acad schools of their choice after
the talk.
• As we're dealing with parents, we would appreciate if you could be
more mindful of your speech and mannerism.

•Drop-off point for BA: Music Box @ 73
•BA Envoys will welcome them in Music Box, and then escort
them to block 72 for BA diploma activities.
•They will be escorted to walk along block 73 level 2
classrooms towards block 72
11. IMPORTANT TO NOTE – All 3 days
Find Your Dream Course participants
Expect arrival to BA at estimated 11.30am, 1pm, 3.30pm
and 5.30pm (after Dream Course)
Participants take profiling test to match their interests to
suitable diplomas
After each session, ambassadors will walk the
participants to the schools of their choice, so please help
to welcome these group of visitors.

Expect visitors to come from 4 main groups:
1.Find your dream course (for all 3 days)
2.Walk-in visitors (for all 3 days)
3.Parent seminar (on 5th Jan, Sat)
4.School groups (on 7th and 8th Jan, Mon & Tues)
Everyone on duty must be aware that we will be
expecting different types of visitors during OH.
